I started my journey as a fashion designer, culminating with daring to reveal what was under my dress in autobiographical self portraiture. I built an entire body of work around it, stripping down to my undergarments in front of the camera, in front of the audience, thinking that if I could bare my body I could bear my truth. If I was deeply candid I would admit it was a frantic effort to reclaim what I had spent years giving away— to musicians, to celebrities, to the whole machinery of fame I served as hired help. I was an exhibitionist who believed dressing and undressing was the same as being seen.
It wasn’t.
I didn’t realize I was unable to go deep until I got that sick. Until I had no costume left.
The beauty and fashion industry — the one I built my career inside, the one I served, as hired help, up close in the celebrity world — is a hierarchy of haves and have-nots. It runs on the lie that beauty lives outside of yourself. That health is something you acquire. That worth is performed, packaged, and leveraged until maybe someday, if you do it well enough and long enough, it becomes real. I believed it. I built my life inside of it, with my hands, with my craft, thread by thread.
I was talented. I knew that much. I could cut a pattern that told the truth about a body, construct a seam that held when everything else was loosening. But underneath every collection, every fitting, every late night at the table — I was covering something. The deep fear that I was broken. Unfixable. Not beautiful. Not worthy. And so I leveraged my talent the way you press a hand over a wound: hard, and hoping no one, including yourself, notices.
The cult-ural beast I was serving was never satisfied. And the price of that service was myself.
Here’s what happened when I couldn’t pay anymore.
My boundaries were poor and porous. I was looping trauma bonds in spirographic patterns all throughout my life and dumping wine, late-night dancing, and overworking onto the whole thing.
When a big, stress-inducing life event occurred, my mother dying, I didn’t have the mitochondria and mineral balance to stay above water. I sunk hard, emotionally and quantum-physically. And I kept sinking.
I ended up stripped down to my own rafters. And I mean that at every level. My ego, the one that had been lying for years, performing worth it didn’t feel, was absolutely taken from me. I couldn’t show off in clothes anymore. I was bleeding constantly, wildly, without rhyme or reason, the life force relentlessly draining from me. I would look in the mirror and be horrified and fascinated at the same time.
I was really ugly.
The storm of symptoms led me to the razor’s edge of death, what I affectionately call “my NDE on slo-mo”. Bleeding daily, for years. Hiding it at dinner parties, on dance floors, and at work. A chronic hemoglobin so low because of that it was hitting me at the bone marrow level. That stripped. The crystal inside the deepest parts of my bone marrow — the quantum signature of my blood itself — being stripped down and rewired. Edited. De-bugged. An upgraded operating system. As I cared for myself when everyone else could not. No one understood my pain. They were probably horrified by my not looking well, but it was so prolonged that I made everyone uncomfortable to the point they would rather ignore it. And so I was alone with it. Alone with the mirror. Alone with the face.
I documented it. Every stage. Raw and unguarded and lit only from whatever was still alive inside.
What you are looking at is the rebuilding of a life force from the inside out. This is what quantum biology looks like on a face. This is what mineral intelligence looks like when it returns to bone.
This is the light within — not something performed, or filtered, or leveraged. Embodied. Twelve years of total breakdown. Deconstructed all the way down to the Soul’s bedrock and source code.
There is a state of more naked than naked. I found it. And it was only there — past the talent, past the covering, past the beast and the bargaining and the borrowed worth — that I found what was real. I didn’t get well from without. It was an inside job.
I healed myself through quantum biology — the intelligence of light, water, and minerals as the actual operating system of the human body. Through biomagnetism. Through learning to read my own electromagnetic field as information, not malfunction. Through rebuilding my mineral matrix from a hemoglobin of 2.6 back to a woman who creates herself as canvas. Self portraiture. Bespoke. Exhibition. Because fabric and thread had already transcended their material forms.
They were always conduits for elemental essences, light, minerals, energy, and emotions, interwoven with the fibers and threads of my DNA programming. Every stitch and seam had always been a reflection of my innermost truths. I just finally understood what fashion as a verb actually meant. Not what you wear. What you become.
And in the process, I found something I had been looking for my entire career without knowing it. A blueprint. A transcendence of trend. Not a treatment, not a protocol to outsource to someone with a clipboard. A true architecture of well living — one that had been waiting inside me, and inside you, all along.
The blueprint has 13 pillars. It begins with The Edit — the honest reckoning with the patterns that created your dis-ease. It moves through The Compass, the inner listening you’ve been drowning out. The Light Codes. The Elements — the minerals that are the sparkplugs of your magnetism, all lost to stress, all recoverable. The Terrain of your inner world, which has its own geography, its own climate, its own weather you’ve been living inside of without a map. The Seasons. The Flex — your ability to metabolize not just food but your experiences, which is the whole thing. The Shadow, which is not your enemy but your treasure hunt. The DNA — you as the apex point of your lineage, tasked with transmuting what was inherited so future generations don’t carry it. The Boss — the declaration that the age of the guru is over, and you are the most powerful medicine woman in the room.
And then. The 13th.
The Love.
Before I got sick, I knew I needed to love myself. I’d heard it a thousand times. I had absolutely no idea how. Because love is not a feeling you manufacture. It is not a practice you perform. It is a state of consciousness that must be cultivated from within — and it cannot be accessed outward, cannot reach anything or anyone outside of you, until it is first anchored within.
During the years I was supposed to be building a life — a partnership, a family, the external shapes that love is supposed to take — I was bleeding. Unpresentable. Unavailable to that life in the way the world expected. Love had literally nowhere to go but within me. I carry grief about that. I won’t pretend otherwise.
But in hindsight I can see it clearly: if I had been able to demand that love come from outside of me, I would have. I would have taken that exit. I would have stayed masked, stayed outsourcing, stayed leveraging, just in a different costume. Unable to truly give. Unable to truly be seen. Because I still wouldn’t have known myself.
The bleeding forced the inward turn. And the inward turn became the only path to the real me.
Unmasked. Ungiven away. Mine first. Every pillar leads you here. The rhythm, the balance, the coherence, all of it is the path to the 13th. This is the fashion of well living. This is beauty. This is the blueprint.
Mastery into masterpiece.
You are the artist and the art.
I run my practice now from the far southern edge of Los Angeles, where the city thins into sea and light. Surrounded by plants and herbs and the wildlife I call into my space even here, in the harbor’s breath. This is how my downloads reach me — through interconnection, through the same intelligence that runs through the water and the minerals and the light. Through you.
From the recovered place I’m at today, I will tell you — with the science and with my full heart: START TO PLAN NOW. Learn to metabolize life now. Harness your mitochondrial currency before you bankrupt yourself. This is for wherever you are on the spectrum — in chronic sickness, or just holding steady with that low hum of something not-quite-right you’ve been ignoring for a season or a decade.
“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.”
— Rumi
That is the whole work. That is every pillar. That is what I do.
If something in this story recognized something in you — that is not an accident.
There comes a point where you stop being unconscious, then you lean to not only witness your patterns, you begin to reoganize your system. Where you stop looping and you find your evolution, in a spiral. This is where I meet you. You, as the artist, with your art. The work of fashioning well living is exactly that. Work. It is layered. It is the slow peeling of every petal of untruth until you reach the core of what is actually yours. I know this path because I walked it without a map. Now I carry the map, and I offer it in many forms.
One on one — we go deep together — your biology, your terrain, your blueprint You create rhythm, balance and coherence, from your N=1, bio-individual path. This work is held in a private, high-touch container where we go into your biology, your terrain, your blueprint, and reorganize from the inside out. Work with me →
